CME IP in Operations Manager

we wanted to add a CME in our CU Operations Manager. We added it with its management IP, but because this IP is different than the IP for managing the Call Manager, it appears as unreachable in the CUOM.

Of course, there is a firewall between the CME and the CUOM.

What do we have to do in order to get the device in green?

Before installing Operations Manager, make sure that the ports that Operations Manager uses are not already being used by your existing applications. Ensure that the firewalls between the Operations Manager server and the managed devices are configured to allow management traffic through.
