Solved: how do i activate nokia intellisync license

all , i have bought the nokia icc license . from my e71 , i was prompt for a 12 digit license code which i cant find on the nokia license purchase confirmation letter.the letter hav a 10 and 11 digit number but dont see a 12 digit code.

i am using icc v1.1.2 with ccm7970

Just add 0 to begin of the code.

(before 8 ;) )

thks . nokia hav replied as what you have mentioned. One question tho , i have successfully registered e71 to ccm6 .but cant seem to get the mwi on unity work on the phone. any advise ??

Hi,

First make sure that SCCP VoIP profile is preferred profile(to check this goto menu-> Communic.-> Internet tel.)

Then add Internet call mailbox number.

goto menu-> Communic.-> Call mailbox, or long press key 1 in idle screen.

Then reboot the phone and wait until device registers, now you should get notification (sms look-a-like)

is internet call mailbox number the voicemail pilot number or the user extension number?

i hve configured as the pilot number and it did not work.

Hi,

Voicemail pilot number, the same number you make a call to listen voicemails.

I hve in fact configured the pilot number , but did not reset the phone .will test it out again .
