I have followed Cisco's example on integrating CUE with CCM and it mostly working fine. MWI does not work however and I followed the instructions in this document
and tried to troubleshoot our MWI problems with no success. The CTI ports are in a CSS that contains the DN of the phones we are trying to light up. I tried some JTAPI debugging but there is so much info there that I am having a hard time finding any useful info. Any other pointers for troubleshooting this integration?
I was able to solve the problem by putting the CTI ports in the same CSS as the phones and it works. Which is strange because the CSS I had them in contains the phone partition.
