WLSE upgrade 2.13.1 - 2.15

Hey everyone,

We have a WLSE express device running the following version 2.13.1. How do I go about upgrading the latest version? On the download site for the WLSE express I dont see any files to upgrade from 2.13.1 to 2.15.1 but just the download option for 2.15.1
