We are using Cisco call manger 4.2 for IP telephony. Now we are also going to install Alcatel Lucent EPBX (OMNI PCX) in our office. Now my question: is it possible to configure Cisco call manger so that Cisco IP phone users can call to EPBX (Alcatel) users and vice versa.
Is it possible to use Alcatel Lucent EPBX (OMNI PCX) as a backup device for Cisco call manager?
Please guide in this matter..
