CALL FORWARDING NOT WORKING

Hi,

I have configured Client matter code in local outgoing partition. Now if I going to use call forwarding for any ext it's not working. Example I have ext. 9121 and I have done call forwarding to my mobile number but it's not working. I think client matter code is activated that is the reason behind it. But my question: is there any way to use call forwarding simultaneously with Client matter code?

u could make a trik

for example lets say ur outgoing calls with Client matter code on the route pattren is

9.XXXXXX

and u have discard pre dot

make another route pattren and make it without Client matter code

for example

8.XXXXXX

also put discard pre dot in the called number transformation in the route pattren setting page

and in thecall forward put the one start with 8
