Started receiving following alert this morning: Service status is DOWN.
Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service,SOAP -Log Collection APIs,SOAP -Performance Monitoring APIs,SOAP -Real-Time Service APIs.
Trying to determine how critical this is, and what this might affect. Also what action if any I need to take.

That has to do with your CDR logging and pushing the raw cdr data into the database. It's not critical for call processing. The backed up logs should go through once the service starts again. I usually have to restart the server to clear this.

Hi All,
do you mean that during this Problem (Service status is DOWN. SOAP -Log Collection ), there is no CDR records ?
and how can we solve it , shall we upgrade the system ? is it Bug ?
