ACS 4.1 Shell command Authorization set - show vlan permission

I have a Cisco ACS 4.1 with Users Read Only Access group. In the shell command authorization set I added "show" command and the users in the group are able to access most of the show commands but not 'show vlan' command. What changes should I do for them to access 'show vlan' command?

User gets the following error.

switch#sh vlan

Command authorization failed.

Your config should be as per the attachment. If still issue is there then let me know the message we get on failed attempts when show vlan fails.
