CUPC 7.0 stays off-line

Hi All,

We have got CUCM 6.1 with Extension Mobility, LDAP integration and CUPS setup. When I open CUPC 7.0 and log in, I can control a phone via a CTI link, but I do not have any Presence info - CUPC says that it is offline. Troubleshooting of CUPS shows all green (except MOC - we do not use it). I tried to play with different settings on the CUPS but I still can not get CUPC to get on-line. Any idea what I can possibly do about it?

Never mind, I have managed to sort it out - the problem was enabled Authentication Module in SIP Proxy CUPS service. I have disabled it and CUPC has managed to get the presence info.
