Solved: CUCM 6.0 BAT, UDP and EM

Hi folks,

I can't seem to find how to bulk add UDPs and susbscribe them to Extension Mobility using BAT.

Can anyone help?

Hi Rich,

Basically, the easiest way to do it is create an EM template from Bulk Administration > User Device Profiles > UDP Template. Then add the EM service to this template.

You can then insert the users via a specific details file (attached).

Or..

You can create an "all details" file and include the EM service to this (also attached)
