Setting an expiration (globally) for all stored voice mail messages

I understand that in Unity 5.X there is the ability for an end-user to set an expiration time/date for an individual VM message. Is there anyway (in a Unified Messaging environment) to set an expiration time for all voice mail messages, either globally, or at time-of-subscriber-addition?

I think you can by how long the message has been in the inbox or deleted items.

I would look at the MSM tool.
