I will be putting in a two-switch stack of 3750s. If I want to add a third switch to the stack - can I do so without bringing down the existing stack? Thanks for the insight.

Just make sure the new switch is powered off before hooking up the stack cables . Do the wiring , check to make sure the ios on the new switch matches whats on the other 2 , it will make the whole process a lot easier . The auto upgrade feature leaves a lot to be desired on how well it works. We have found it a lot easier to just match them before putting them in .
