CUE - # out to listen to voice mail?

Unanswered Question

If you call your own CME DID and get into voice mail where the greeting is playing - should you be able to press #, enter your password and retrieve your messages?

I have this problem too.

Thanks for that great doc. However I tried adding the password in addition to the PIN and I still can not "#" out to get to the menu. CUE is just not responding to DTMF sent over the SIP trunk.

mmedwid Fri, 10/17/2008 - 09:46 was the mojo. I added these two commands to the inbound dial-peer which is for the SIP trunk inbound.

dial-peer voice 112 voip

dtmf-relay sip-notify rtp-nte

voice-class sip dtmf-relay force rtp-nte !
