I have a 100 7961s that are only using the 1st line with their extension as the line label. The client is requesting to enable the 2nd line and put "Line 2" as the label instead of the extension. I don't know of a way to do this other than going into the extensions one by one and adding the individual DN's to the 2nd line.
Is there a way to do this system wide?

Hi,
You can add this 2nd line with BAT (Bulk Admin Tool):
For CallManager 4.x - 5.1
