CCM3.3 - Not able to make any changes

Hi,

Running CCM 3.3(3)sr4a.

Past some days facing a problem like not able to make any changes.Whenever we make changes and try to update we will get following error:

"A com error occurred during processing (6)

Details:-Error No:-2147219962(0x80040606) CDBLException Dump [com Error]"

Note:Currently CCM server doesn't have any password(it's blank).

Please help me out to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Usually COM errors can be fixed by re-starting the relevant COM services. Are all the CCM services started (how about the Windows ones as well)?

Try the following and see if it helps:

In the Cisco CallManager server, choose Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Component Services.

Click on the plus by Component Services.

Click on the plus by Computers.

Click on the plus by My Computer.

Click on the plus by COM+ Applications.

Right-click on DBL and choose Shutdown.

Right-click on DBL and choose Start.

Open a DOS window and type iisreset, then check if IIS admin and WWW services are in the started state.

check pwd sync with adminutility, maybe reset the pwd, and also restart the server
