LDAP CUCM 6.0 integration of contacts

Hi all,

We used to synchronsize contacts from our AD over to our call manager in the place of static phones so that they are searchable in the corporate directory. This used to work fine but has just stopped functioning corretly.

Does anyone know of any configuration or other changes we could make to attempt to resolve this?

Most common reason is expiration of password used to authenticate at AD.

That wouldnt explain why all the contacts have been removed. They were there previously.

All of our users are still synchronized this hasnt changed. Just AD contacts
