Historical reports is not showing data from more than two month

I have deployment with ICM 7.2 CVP 3.1 and CCM 4.2, when i tried to run historical reports for three or four month ago the report only diplay the data for two month, for example now this is OCTOBER and I tried to run reports for june month only,it did show anything I mean the report was blank, please advice?

Hi,

do you still hold that data in the Database that you are querying for? You might have retention periods lower then that timeframe or data might have been purged to make space in the DB.
