CCX 5.0 spec

Our customer have CCM 6.1 and want install Cisco Contakt Center Express 5.0 with IPVR.

He has 100 users for IVR and 3 operator for Contact Center.

He has CCX-50-CM-BUNDLE (5 sets for CCX).

On site too less information for specification drawing up.

I have made specification:



You can check up that i was not mistaken, and help me with licensing CCX for our customer.

I have this problem too.

7816 will not allow you to have 100 agents, please refer to srnd for agent counts per server:

You will agent license seats for each concurrent logged in agent if you require more than the 5 agents you get for free. Not sure what you mean by 100 IVR users? Are they agents to be logged into UCCX?

There is no seat license for IVR users, but I would assume you are planning on using some kind of auto attendent with it. I belvie the bundle will only allow you to have 5 or 10 cti ports which means you can only have that many concurrent calls in it.

Sorry. I probably was incorrectly expressed.

I want IVR for 3 port cti ports.

My configuration alows me use 3 Cisco Contact Cente agent and 3 ports for IVR?
