How are these phones knowing to play the right MoH file?

Have multiple remote sites that the MoH servers sit back at HQ. I have added the proper resources to the MRG. To get my remote phones playing the correct MoH file i've had to completely remove MoH settings from the phone cfg and line cfg (these are now blank). The phones are working playing the correct MoH file. Where is it finding this setting? I have looked and can't find this setting. I have checked common profile. Anyone know where else to check?

Have you reset the phones so to download the new config file. CUCM looks in different places based upon the User/ DN, Common Profile, Handset and then Device Pool

Yes, the phones have been reset. Common Profile does not have any MoH info in it.

Call Manager checks for MoH in the following order:

1. Checks for MOH on the line settings

2. Checks for MOH on the phone settings

3. Checks for MOH on the device pool settings

4. Checks for MOH on the global service parameters page.
