Devices in grey colour in CUOM Service Level View

Hi,

we have installed an Operations Manager and in the Service Level View appears 2 devices in grey colour.

One of them appears twice: one in green colour and the other in grey and it's impossible to delete it. It must appear but only the one in red.

The other one only appears once but it's not in the device list and we cannot delete it. It must be dissapear.

How can we delete these 2 devices?

What operating system (and SP) do you use on the server?

Hi,

You cannot delete the devices as they are displayed because of the snmp responses from the CUCM servers. Usually the icons are media resources and they are gray because CUOM does not monitor those media resources directly.

Hi,

but the problem is that some of those grey devices are devices that appear duplicated and they appear managed perfectly and in grey.

It's very strange. I opened a TAC case some days ago and it's not already resolved.
