Hi all,
I just need a sanity check for this procedure.
We need a 5.1 SUB replaced due to a faulty hard drive. We have the new server from RMA.
What is the easiest way to do this?
Can we use the existing server's disk (the working one) to recreate RAID on the new server and therefore mirroring the complete drive? Do you see any flaws in this plan?
I suppose we dont need to rehost any licenses since all of them are binded to the PUBs MAC?
Thanks

You must enter identical network settings when configuring the replacement server. Do not attempt to change network settings on the replacement server.

yes, thanks.
we have already done it, used the existing disk as master first, mirrored it to the new disk...all went without a glitch.
thanks for answering.
