Antivirus enabling causes cti route points to unregister

We have mcafee 8.0 antivirus on CCM server installed. When we enable the antivirus, at the time of antivirus update all the CTI route points (QM, PG etc) get unregistered and agents also get logged out. What can we do so that after enabling the antivirus, this issue will not happen?

Hi,

You could change the AutoUpdate configuration so the antivirus only updates at 2am (or out of working hours). That way it will affect users less.

You can also configure the On-Access scanner to Exclude the CCM directories so it doesn't affect call processing.

You could also disable both options (AutoUpdate and On-Access)..
