what I need to use Auxilary port as backup logging point if all WAN lines is down

Auxiliary port in a router can't be used to transport data traffic. It can only be used for management, similar to the console port function.

you can connect a modem to the AUX port for exec callin:

AUX ports can be used back to back as async serial interfaces with traffic over them
