Destination as first hop in traceroute.

Hi all,

Seeing following traceroute where the destination ip appears as first hop and then it goes out to internet . It should have stopped after first hop. What is happening here ? any ideas?

Hi,

if you are not in the same subnet as 12.101.32.167,

what's your default gateway - should be the first replying device in fact?

Doesn't it have proxy ARP permitted?
