IPICS Dial In Policy Engine

I have an IPICS system. Users are supposed to be able to dial in to join talk groups from PSTN or Internally. When I dial in I receive the prompts specific to IPICS, but it cuts off in 25 seconds.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this a bug?

I have this problem too.
