ICM 7.2 RouterErrorCode 448

Hello,

I'm getting quite a few 448's in the customers RouterErrorCode.

It's mentioned in the Database Schema Handbook but I can't find any other references to it.

Any ideas what it is?

Hello,

Try this:

Router Error Codes

Go to the ICM Admin Workstation folder.

Open Glossary

Click on ICM Master Help and then ICM Errors

Set the Category to "Call Router" and put in the error number that you are interested in
