dsp error

Hi,we have a 7206vxr that is used as a voice router,i am getting continous logs on my router:

Oct 17 08:03:19: %DSPRM-5-KEEPALIVE: DSP 15 in slot 4, NOT RESPONDING - auto restart(5552 time

it is happening for the last 2-3 hours.

what needs to be done.

If the error message happened when the DSP is timing out. It may indeed be a bad dsp, as well as could be a faulty slot where the dsp is seated, or a software bug. Can you please send to me a copy of the following from the router:

show ver

show run

show diag

show log

can u reset te dsp/reload the router and check again

if dsp reload do not work,

try replacing it with other module and see if it works.
