transfer to voicemail

Hi all, Im trying to figure out the sequence for an operator to transfer a call directly to voicemail. This is on a CUCM 6.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks to both of you. I actually did this as just trying to "wing" something and it appears to work. Im glad to know about the pdf though. Thank you both. I apprecaite all your help.

Oh, and the first one is the one Ive always done Java. But for some reason, it only worked on about half the phones at this location. Not sure why, thats when I went to plan "dont know what to do but wing it" B.
