Hello Friends,
Can anyone suggest me which IOS version on 3620/ 3640 support MPLS (frame mode). I've been struggling to find one. Thanks in advance.

If you go to:
Cisco Software Advisor (http://tools.cisco.com/Support/Fusion/FusionHome.do)
Choose platform and features you want, You need to have a login to CCO.
I did an initial checkup and it doesn't look like 3600 series support MPLS.

Hi Jamal,
Can you advice the exact IOS for any other model (1700, 2600, 3700, 7200 ). I am trying to find using the link you provided but if you already know the exact version as per your experience, it will be helpful. Thanks again.

Manoj

Hi Manoj,
I checked on the Cisco website:
For 3640 routers, IOS versions 12.4(1) Enterprise Plus and above surely support MPLS.
Here's the link to the Cisco feature navigator:

Hello Manoj,
C3640 is fine for MPLS I'm afraid C3620 doesn't support it
a good platform is C2600XM and there is difference with normal c2600.
C3700 and C7200 are really good for this.
Hope to help
