how to recover MCU 3515 after failed upgrade

we were downgrading MCU 3515 and after the software finished with ok, the MCU answered ping but no web admin page. We can telnet but nos commands to recover the unit. Any idea?

If you did not burn the default config and wakeup file the MCU may not run properly.

Same problem. The upgrade failed.

Is there anything I can try to recover the system?
