I have two customer with CUCM 6.1.2 running attendant console with errors sporadically when tranferring direct to VM from the AC. The second customer never had this problem until we upgraded. Anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions?

I would reccomend you look through the bug list on CCO.
I have already found two bugs with AC.

I am having the same problem, we recently upgraded to 6.1.2 and we sporadically get errors or drop the call when transferring to voicemail using AC. We also now have problems transferring calls to users using the AC. Any suggestions?

Make sure the acdeviceuser is associate with the VM ports and the phones of the AC users.
