Have you used RTMT (real-time monitoring tool) to see what the load on the server is (install from the plugin page on CCM)? It might be worth using this quickly to see if there are any alarms and to monitor the server.

Are you suffering any other faults on the phone system, i.e. slow call processing, phones unregistering?
