I have the cisco call manager version 6 and the ATA reboot once a week. Why is this happening?

Hi,
Can you tell me what firmware the ATA is using?
There is possibly a problem in firmware prior to version 3.
There is also a known bug which may be relevant?:
CSCso94320 Bug Details
TFTP procedure causes ATA reboot
Symptom:
ATA does an unexpected reboot, and see infinite tftp request at preserv log
Conditions:
ATA enables both channel, but CCM disables auto register and only config one channel.
Workaround:
Disable the second channel to stop infinite tftp request
Is there any more information in the CCM trace files (get them from RTMT - Real-Time Monitoring Tool)

how to disable second FXS on ATA

Hi Somsak,
Here is the process;
Note By default, both Cisco ATA FXS ports are enabled for Cisco CallManager registration. If you do not want to add the Phone 2 FXS port to Cisco CallManager, you must change the Cisco ATA EPID1orSID1 parameter value to 0 to disable the Phone 2 port. (To disable the Phone 1 port, you must change the EPID0orSID0 parameter value to 0.)
Hope this helps!
