I have one user at a remote site who is having the following problems - I have done all the basic checks, swapped out phone, replaced CAT5, swapped switch port etc.. has anyone ever come across similar issues?
CM 4.1 Local H323 gateway.
It is very sporadic, the symptoms are;
â¢ Says 'connected' even when the handset is put down and the call is disconnected.
â¢ Says 'ringing out' even when the handset is put down and the call is disconnected.
To sum it up, I think the display is not updating with actions carried out on the phone.
All displays are corrected when the handset is lifted and then replaced.
