Hello,
We allow forwarding to Local Calls for certain users. Users can forward to their cellphones by dialing CFwdALL and the dial the cellphone number.
Everyone in the company is allow to forward to their voicemail when they are away from their desks by dialing CFwdALL Softkey and Meesage Button.
We have been asked to remove the softkkey CFwdALL so people don't come to offices they are no allow and forward calls.
This way, users wanting to forward to their cellphones would do it from the CCMUuser website.
How can we forward internal calls to an specific DN to that person's voicemail without usinfg the CFwdALL softkey?

you would need to tell the what DN is the VM pilot point, what happens when you press the VM button or CFA + VM button is that you actually are telling the phone to dial the VM pilot. if you go off-hook and dial the pilot is exactly the same as pressing the button, the button is just a shortcut

Hi Luisa,
Have you thought about using Forward No Answer Internal/External. For example;
Device>Phone>Selected DN>Call Forward and Pickup Settings>
Set;
Forward No Answer Internal - to VM Pilot#
Forward No Answer External - to Cell/Mobile (9-xxx-xxxx depending on dial plan) Make sure the CSS has External Access
Hope this helps!

Hello,
Thank both for your answers.
I have consired to use the other forward options. They want the call forward ALL to voicemail anyways.
Is there any way to do a Call Forward ALL from the phone but not with a softkey?
Like a Service or something?
Thanks!
