Guys,
I am trying to install Locales for CCM6.1 cluster, but I cannot find the combined network locale installer on cisco page.
The only locale present is the user locale and from my previous experience as well as the CCM6.1 OS Guide, you need both the Combined networl locale installer and the user locale installer.
Any ideas before go to TAC.
I also observed that under my device pool I do not have the tab for user locale! I only have for netwok Locale!

The user locale setting is now located within the Common Device Configuration settings under the Device menu.
A common device configuration comprises user-specific service and feature attributes. Ensure that each device is associated with a common device configuration for user-oriented information.
Take a look at the following URL:-
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/6_1_1/ccmcfg/b06cmdvc.html
Hope this helps..

Here is the link to the combined Locale Installer 6.1(1.2000-1):-
http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/IPCheck.x?defAdv=N&sftAdv=N&filename=cm-locale-combined_network-6.1.1.2000-1.cop.sgn&advUrl=null&defInd=N&mdfid=281023410&sftType=Unified+Communications+Manager%2FCallManager+Locale+Installer&optPlat=&nodec...(1.2000-1)&md5=0c178680227e3068de38c3acd7373fd1&modifmdfid=281023410&imname=&hybrid=Y&imst=N&modelName=Cisco+Unified+Communications+Manager+Version+6.1&treeMdfId=278875240&treeName=Voice+and+Unified+Communications&edesignator=null&nodecount=7&fsd=
User locales are country-specific and are therefore packaged with a matching network locale.
The CUCM Combined Locale Installer combines user locales and network locales in a single file, this is only applicable if your country specific locale is not available.
