CME : No dial tone

hello,

i have installed the CME 4.1.0.1 and it worked for few times after that the dial tone for some phones are not here.

I took that it was a bug, i have changed the IOS and also the CME version to become 4.1.0.2.The problem is also here.

By chance, i have changed the number of phones to another number, and the dial tone reappears again.ti test that, i have reaffected the last number that was the problem and the dial tone were not here.

How can i resolve this issue ?
