QSIG CFA to IP Phone

I have a CallManager 4.2 connected to a PBX with outbound PRIs connected to both systems.


I have one phone on the PBX Forwarded to an IP Phone.


When I call from my cell phone to the PBX phone that is forwarded to my IP phone, the call blips for 1 second on the IP phone and then disappears.


It seems like the QSIG channel is dropped, and thereby the outbound PRI channel is dropped.


Any ideas?
