Hi,
I'm looking at an ironport right now, and was wondering why the overview only shows an incoming mail graph, but no outgoing. the mailing is working in both directions.
Can someone give me a hint to whats the problem?

For the traffic that you've configured to be outgoing, verify the settings for that HAT Overview/Mail Flow Policies is correct.
To verify:
1. Go to "Mail Policies > HAT Overview".
2. Select the correct outgoing/outbound listener if you have more than one.
3. Traditionally, you'll have a Sendergroup at the top called "Relaylist". Click on the "mail flow policy" for the Relaylist and make sure that the connection behavior is set to "Relay". Relay connection behaviors fall under the "outgoing mail" umbrella. Actually, I believe it's the only one. Everything is inbound.

The Problem was a wrong sendergroup (not relay).
