Call Back on 7905 IP Phone

I have a cluster of 2 CCM servers which are runnig 4.1.3.I have enabled the call back feature for all the IP Phones.It is working on all the phones, i am facing problem with only one 7905 IP Phone.Call back is not working on this phone, i have tried to re-register the IP Phone, tried resetting the Cisco Extended Functions Service,but still the Call Back feature is not working on the one 7905 IP Phone.On all other phones it is working fine.

Please advise.

I have had this happen with a 7912 IP Phone. Callback worked for all other phones, except for a single 7912. Never really found a solution, just used other phones instead.

Have you tried a factory reset yet? (Reset the phone while holding #, continue to hold # for a while, then press 123456789*0# in sequence).
