Can someone tell me if it's possible for a call handler to make an outbound call off of one of it's options (#3 transfer to 93056206899)? If so, how?
Unity 4.2.1

Hi
Which version of CCM you are using? You CUCM 6.1 you could configure a number and with callforward all to PSTN number. Make sure you have the right CSS configured on CFA.

Hi,
Yes, this is definitely possible. I'm assuming you want to play a greeting which prompts users to press 1,2,3 etc. for different options?
You can configure caller input with a "send caller to" option. Basically, configure this to forward onto another call handler which directly transfers the call out to the number (call handler transfer).
You can either specify it to dial the number directly from Unity (you may have to amend the call routing in SA) or you could send the call out to a CCM extension with a CFwdAll configured.
