UCM 6.1 Call Reporting

Are there any self service Call Reporting tools available for Call Manager 6.x? Since Cisco has moved to Informix the one that our company developed doesn't work anymore. We looked at the 6.x version of CAR and it is not user friendly.

Also, it there any way that I can connect to the ART database on the 6.x publisher using an ODBC driver?

not by ODBC, if you want to connect to ART DB you need to use SOAP.

CAR is still the same as any previous versions
