I want to clarify something with the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard because I'm a little confused here.

If I am moving a user/subscriber from one mailstore to another mailstore. The Permissions Wizard would be the most important to ensure that the right permissions are set on those mailstores.

Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard is used to set the Partner server and specify where to mailboxes will be created.

I wouldn't need to run the MSCW on the other mailstore .... unless I am changing the partner server to use that mailstore for creating new mailboxes.

Is this right?
