We are runnig 5.x UCM,IP Phone is 7941 Series,when the IP Phone is busy on other call an dother user tries to call the busy number he gets continuous ring back, he does not hear any other ring back tone where in he can know that the called party is busy on other call.Is there any way to change the ringback tone.
if the question is if you can configure different ring back tones to know the state of the other end and why it's not taking the call, that's not possible
