Command used to verify Interface Speed

My ISP Provider say's that he is providing 2MB Speed how cvan i verify that he is providing.is ther any command which can be used in the ISP router

check the speed using PRTG or some other monitoring software.

You can check the incoming and outgoing traffic utilizaton using MRTG.
