Backup not working for CRS 5.0(2)Build063

Hi,

Not able to take backup using backup tools from the CRS admin. It does not give any specific error. Shows backup status as 10%.

The location is network shared folder on my machine. The folder has been shared with relevant rights.

Also where can we found the logs for the same ?

The automatic backup doesn't work in our CRS 5.0(2) system either. In our case we get neither any failure log nor a message that shows that the process starts. We get nothing. It seems to be ignoring the backup schedule.


The manual backup works. The file is saved in the remote folder. We haven't tried to restore it.
