Getting CUM to work on CMBE, are there any guides for this?

I'm trying like heck to figure out what I actually need to do to get Unified Mobility and the smartphone client working. I've found the installation and configuration guides, but I can't find any discussion of what needs to happen, with regard to a business edition Call Manager setup. I've been told that this is all integrated into the CAll Manager Business Edition, but damned if I can find it or configure it.
