Hi all,

Can any one tell me if its possible to configure on the callmaner a worm line. This is a line that as the folowing beahvior:

The user goes off-hook on the phone, if the user does not dial any number for 10s then the call manager dial a pre define number like a hot line.

Is this possible with same kind of configuration on the callmanager ?


I have this problem too.

You could configure PLAR which does similiar thing but not sure about 10 second wait time. What version of CUCM you are using?

I have configure PLAR but the customer wants two wait a 10s.

The customer wants to :

The phone goes off-hook, if the user dial any number the callmanager makes the call but if the user does not dial any number for a 10s periode, the callmanager then places a call to a pre-define number.

not possible to add a delay, the whole background on a PLAR is that you do not have any more matches other than the blank translation pattern and then it dials.

adding a number to the translation pattern would only cause it to be a pattern and would follow the 1st digit timeout and clear the call if nothing is dialed

the plar would only work if you leave a blank as the pattern to match
