Router 3825

Unanswered Question
Oct 23rd, 2008

Did not replace the default username and password when configuring the router 3825. Want to use console for CLI and it prompts for user Acess verification.

How can I solve this problem?

Some the recent routers now come configured with a "one time" password. Unsure all the implications if you didn't reconfigure properly. If not, you may need to follow the password recovery procedure for the 3825. If your configuration is complex, once you break back into the router, you can grab the start-up config file from NVRAM.
