All VTY are busy

Hello,

we have some switches (c3750) which have all VTY lines busy. We know why, because we are using a tool which works not correct. I tried the following way, but i cannot clear any of these lines. When i do a snmpwalk to tslineSesAddr i see 16 Ip-addresses. I can also do an snmpset to tsClrTtyLine for example 16 without any error. But i didnot see that the connection will cleared. I use the describtion below.

Use the Commands 'clear tcp line' & 'clear line vty'

If you do not clear the VTY lines

Please verify the IOS of your switch. If 3750 running 122-40SE

Under certain conditions, a vty session may become hung and cannot be cleared

The session cannot be cleared from the device to which the tcp session was terminated.
